This application is filed by original claimant Meerabai Bukane, aged about 69 years, for withdrawal of amount deposited by applicant-Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd. The Insurance Company has deposited Rs.6,01,893/- in this Court.

Heard learned counsel Shri V.A.Patait for the original claimant and learned counsel Mrs.Mrunal Naik for the applicant-Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd. 4.
Learned counsel for the Insurance Company has vehemently opposed the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Non-applicant No.1/original claimant Meerabai Bukane, is permitted to withdraw amount Rs.6,01,893/- deposited in this Court along with proportionate interest on she furnishing an usual undertaking.

It is made clear that if this Court allows the appeal filed by the Insurance Company, the original claimant shall refund of the said amount along with interest as the Court determines at that time.
