The only prayer made by the petitioners is for a direction to the Education Officer(Secondary), Wardha to decide the proposal of the management dated 29-1-2010 for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner no. 2 as Peon on compassionate ground.

Since the prayer made by the petitioners is innocuous, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to decide the proposal of the petitioners if not decided, within a period of six weeks.

Order accordingly. No costs.
