Learned counsel for applicant has stated that the delay is of 91 days. Earlier the Revision Application was filed, which was within limitation, but the office objections were there and it was not possible for the counsel to remove said office objections. Therefore, he choose to withdraw the application and file afresh. Therefore, there is delay of 91 days.
