This application is filed for condonation of 29 days delay caused in preferring present revision against the impugned order passed by the learned trial Court in the proceedings initiated under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.

For the grounds mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the application and since it is found that there is no intentional delay, application is allowed.
