20/10/ The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing restoration application. The Registration was refused by order of Registrar (Judicial) dated 24/08/2022, for non removal of office objections. It is submitted that there were three office objections, out of which two objections were removed and the third was remained due to inadvertence. When matter was circulated, it came to know that registration was refused. As such delay caused in restoration application of 46 days is hereby condoned.

MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO. 15614/2022 The present application is filed for registration of Misc. Civil Application St.

2 5 cao 760-2022 No.6606/2022. The registration of said review application was rejected for want of removal of office objections.

Considering the nature of objections, the application is allowed.

The order dated 24/08/2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is hereby set aside.

The Registry is directed to restore the MCA on its original stamp number.

5.
