JANUARY 8, 2016 Vide order dated 22.07.2015, this Court had given innumerable chances for removing of the office objections and ultimately dismissed the revision since the applicant did not comply with the orders.

Today, again this application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration is filed. However, none appears for the applicant.

In that view of the matter, Criminal Application No.1060/2015 is dismissed in default. If an application for restoration is made, the same shall not be accepted unless cost of Rs.1000/- is deposited. JUDGE kahale
