On the allegation of trespass and assault to the complainant, the crime was registered against the applicant.

The applicant was granted ad-interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 01.12.2021 and as one of the conditions of the same, the applicant had attended the concerned Police Station on every Sunday and there is no complaint about misuse of liberty by the applicant or commission of similar offence when he was on bail. 3.

On perusal of the case diary, it is revealed that during the investigation, the Investigating Officer has recorded the statements of witnesses, showing the involvement of the applicant.

However, nothing has been pointed out why the custody of the applicant is necessary. In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that order dated 01.12.2021, needs to be confirmed.

The application is allowed.

Ad-interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court vide order dated 01.12.2021, is confirmed.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when his presence is required. The criminal application is disposed of, accordingly.
