Heard Shri Pankaj V. Navlani, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri R.S. Nayak, learned APP for nonapplicant No. 1. Nobody appears for non-applicant No. 2 even today.

We find that complaint is of the year 2013 and charge sheet has been presented in the year 2014. The extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked as there is no further progress and the applicant wants to compete in various examinations.

We grant the applicant liberty to move appropriate application before the learned JMFC. 4.

If such an application is moved within a period of two weeks from today, the learned JMFC shall attempt to decide it finally within next eight weeks.

With these directions and keeping all rival contentions open and with liberty to the applicant to move this Court again if his grievance is not redressed, we dispose of the present proceedings. No costs.
