Shri Johrapurkar, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4 makes a statement that respondents are prepared to tender demand draft of Rs. 1,55,987/- for the period from December, 2016 to May, 2017 during which the petitioner worked as a Lecturer in the College at Mul, District Chandrapur. 3.

The demand draft shall be tendered within a period of two weeks to the petitioner, who shall accept it without prejudice to her right to challenge the

Order 1001wp5784.17 termination. The termination was effected on 16.05.2017. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the termination before the College Tribunal in accordance with law. All questions are kept open. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
