DATED : 04-10-2016 The claimant seeks early hearing of the appeal on the ground that the points raised in the appeal are covered by the judgment passed in connected First Appeal No.96/2014. The learned Advocate for the appellant states that the points raised in the present appeal will have to be independently considered and it cannot be said that they are covered by the judgment given in First Appeal No.96/2014. The claimant has not been able to point out any other ground for grant of early hearing.

Considering the pendency of appeals of earlier years, the application cannot be granted.

The civil application is dismissed.
