Mr. Jadhav, counsel appearing for the applicant-petitioner seeks correction in the fifth line of para 4 of the order dated 19.08.2024 in W. P. No.4804/2024.

After having heard him, we see no reason to refuse such prayer. We grant prayer for speaking to minutes.

decided' in the fifth line of para 4 of the order dated 19.08.2024 in W. P. No.4804/2024. After the correction the sentence be read as under: "According to him, the said application has not been decided" 6.

The order dated 19.08.2024 be corrected accordingly and its copy be uploaded thereafter. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
