Keeping in view the enhancement granted by the reference Court, the claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount upon furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, and the balance 50% amount lying in deposit should be invested in a fixed deposit in any nationalized bank.
