This application is filed by the Insurance Company for grant of Stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 25.4.2009 passed by learned Member, MACT, Achalpur in MACP No.73/2005.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the amount as per the award shall be deposited before this Court within a period of 4 weeks from today.

Subject to applicant depositing the amount as per award before this Court within a period of 4 weeks from today, there shall be Stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 25.4.2009 passed by learned Member, MACT, Achalpur in MACP No.73/2005.
