Learned Counsel for appellant Nos.2, 4, and 5 submits that on 12/03/2021, he had filed pursis mentioning therein that respondent Nos.1 and 3 have expired. Respondent No.1 expired on 27/01/2020 and respondent No.3 expired on 14/04/2020. Inspite of the status, the appellant has not taken appropriate steps in this regard. The appeal against respondent Nos.1 and 3 stands abated.

None appears for the appellant.

It appears that appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Therefore, the Second Appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
