The petitioner wanted to secure a Gas Distribution Agency without following due process of law and has been duped in the process.
Police have taken cognizance of his complaint, arrested the accused and it is claimed that investigation is going on at a snail's pace.
Adv. Mr. Katekar submits that a hard-earned amount of Rs.6,40,000/- handed over by the petitioner to accused is still to be recovered.
We are not inclined to interfere in the extraordinary jurisdiction at this juncture. Without observing anything on merits of the controversy, we grant leave to the petitioner to approach again after three months.
Petition is disposed of.
