Heard Shri Dhore, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Almelkar, learned counsel for the respondent.

Shri Almelkar, learned counsel submits that the impugned advertisements for Nagpur and Amravati Divisions have already been withdrawn and hence there is no cause of action for the petitioners to prosecute the present writ petitions.

Shri Dhore, learned counsel for the petitioners states that presently the challenge is rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, we dispose of both the petitions as infructuous. No costs.
