The appellant is challenging the judgment given by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Achalpur thereby enhancing the compensation. There is a delay. Hence the present application.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in the week starting from 4th January, 2021.

Mrs. Shamsi Haider, learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent Nos.2 & 3.

Civil Application [CAF] No.21/2020 :

Stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment subject to depositing of entire decretal amount within a period of three months.

caf.20.20 2/2 Respondent No.1 is at liberty to apply for withdrawal and it will be considered on merit.
