This is an application filed by the applicants-respondent nos.1, 3 and 4 for deleting the names of respondent nos.2 and 5 from the array of the respondents.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

It is submitted that respondent no.2 died issueless and brothers and sisters of respondent no.2 are already on record. Similarly, respondent no.5 also expired leaving behind the respondent nos.1, 3 and 4 as her legal heirs and hence the names of respondent nos.2 and 5 may be deleted from the array of the respondents.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The applicants-respondent nos.1, 3 and 4 are permitted to delete the names of respondent nos.2 and 5 from the array of the respondents.

The application stands disposed of.
