After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, the allegations show that the minor victim girl was ill-treated, assaulted and harassed allegedly by the present applicant. Considering the medical certificate and the other investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application.

Permission is granted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The above observation will not come in the way of the present applicant as far as his regular bail application is concerned.
