After hearing the Counsel at length, we expressed our non-inclination to grant bail at this stage. Upon such an expression, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant seeks for withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to apply afresh if charges are not framed, within a period of three months from today.

In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of since withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

We also direct the Trial Court to expedite the proceedings and endeavor to decide it within one year from today.
