The appellants/applicants have moved this application to condone the delay of 298 days caused in filing this appeal, for which, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 5 and 6 have given no objection. Despite service of notice, none appear for the rest of the respondents, which leads to the inference that they have no objection to condone the delay.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application as well as no objection of respondent nos. 5 and 6, the application is allowed, as prayed. The delay of 298 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered accordingly.

Issue notice to respondents, returnable after six weeks. 3.
