CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK AND A.M. BADAR, JJ.

DATED : APRIL 07, 2015.

Shri Thakre, the learned Assistant Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection to the tenability of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy of filing original application before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for seeking the relief sought by the instant petition. By upholding the preliminary objection raised on behalf of the respondent, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. The points raised in the petition are kept open. Since ad-interim relief is operating in favour of the petitioner from 17.9.2014, we continue the ad-interim relief only for a period of two weeks. Order accordingly.
