31st October, 2017 By this application, it is prayed that amount of Rs.75,000-00 deposited by the applicant pursuant to order dated 30th June, 2017 be permitted to be withdrawn.

The application is opposed by the original applicant on the count that mediation proceedings are going and if the withdrawal is permitted, the same may affect that process.

Considering the earlier order dated 30th June, 2017, without prejudice to the rights of the parties, the applicants [original non-applicants] are permitted

withdraw a sum of Rs.30,000-00 [rupees thirty thousand only] for the present.

Application is disposed of.
