After going through the earlier orders, it appears that on 22.02.2023, nobody appeared for the petitioner. Again on 13.11.2024, nobody appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, it seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed-in-default for want of prosecution, as the matter is of the year 2019.
