Date : 21st August, 2019 The petition claims the relief of transfer of the respondent No.6Mrs. Manjush Pradip Thawkar, working as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Bhandara, to some other place in compliance of the directives issued by the Election Commission of India on 16-1-2019 to the State Government. The petitioner himself claims to be the elected President of Zilla Parishad, Bhandara. It is for the State Government to consider whether the respondent No.6 is to be transferred or not. However, we do not find any violation of the directives issued by the Election Commission of India, gives legal right to the petitioner who cannot be called as a person aggrieved.

The petition is dismissed.
