DATE : 06.01.2016 It would not be necessary to issue notice to all the respondents as this writ petition is being disposed of on the basis of the directions issued in Writ Petition No.441/2014. The issue involved in this case was also involved in Writ Petition Nos.7106/2013 and 7660/2013 and the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court had directed the State Government to formulate the policy and take a decision within time frame. It is stated that in similar petition a statement was made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the State Government would take a policy decision as early as possible. It is stated that in Writ Petition No.441/2014, this court had, by an order dated 21.1.2015, directed the State Government

In view of this direction issued in Writ Petition No.441/2014, we dispose of this writ petition with no order as to costs.
