Considering the objection raised by the State, learned Counsel for the petitioner urged that matter be remanded for reconsideration with a liberty to the petitioner to produce requisite medical documents. 3.
In view of the above, impugned order is set aside.

The Authority shall reconsider the petitioner's regular parole application by taking into account the additional medical papers, which the petitioner undertakes to produce within two weeks to the Authority.
5.
Appropriate decision shall be taken within two weeks thereafter.
6.
The Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
