The petitioner seeks for amendment by contending that after going through the reply filed by State, he came to know that there was one more First Information Report (FIR) bearing Crime No.

143/2022, in which charge-sheet has already been filed numbered as R.C.C. No. 3253/2022. In view of that, the petitioner desirous to alter his prayer by way of amendment. It is a matter of record that, one more crime has been registered against the petitioner. To streamline the proceedings, he seeks to alter his prayer.

In view of above, applications stands allowed and disposed of. The petitioner to carry proposed amendment within one week from today.
