By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the respondent-University to complete the process of revaluation/reassessment of the answer papers of the petitioner of 4th semester B.Arch. Examinations and declare the result before 15/09/2016.

Shri Bhise, the learned counsel holding for Shri Ghurde, the learned counsel for the University, states that the revaluation result of the petitioner is declared on 14/11/2016 and there is no change in the marks.

We are surprised that the University has declared the revaluation result of the petitioner after the supplementary examinations have commenced and has not adhered to the time schedule.

However, since the prayer made by the petitioner is rendered infructuous, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
