This is an application for conversion of the application under Section 482 into appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2.

After hearing learned counsel Shri V.D. Darne for the applicants, I am of the view that instead of allowing the present application the applicants can be permitted to withdraw both the applications and file an appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. If the appeal is filed within a period of 7 days from today before this Court, the Court will consider the issue of limitation. 3.

Hence, with the liberty, both the applications are disposed of as withdrawn.
