By this application, the applicant who claims to be the legal representative of applicant/appellant No.2 seeks condonation of delay in bringing her name on record. 2.
Learned counsel for non-applicants/respondents has no objection.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the applications, the delay in filing the application for setting aside abatement and bringing legal representatives of appellant No.2 on record is hereby condoned. Since right to sue survives in favour of the appellant, permission is granted to bring on record the name of legal representative of deceased appellant No.2. Accordingly, the abatement order is set aside. Amendment be carried out within a week from today. 4.
