In my view, this petition is not at all maintainable. If the petitioner has any grievance about recording of evidence as well as the relevant answers given by witnesses, he has right to make oral submissions before the learned Judge and point out the same. He has also right to make an application to bring it the notice of the learned Presiding Officer and pray for necessary directions.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
