DATE : 03/01/2022 In all these matters, the orders dated 8.8.2017 passed by the JMFC, Nagbhid, whereby the custody of the seized cattle has been granted to the Respondent No.2, has been challenged.

Learned APP submits that the trial in the matter is yet to be concluded and the decision in the trial would have a material bearing, regarding the custody of the cattle, considering which the petitions are disposed off, with the liberty to the applicant to apply for custody of the cattle, depending upon the final result in the trial. The petitions stand disposed of.
