03rd February, 2017 Prayer is to grant an early date of hearing. It is submitted that the applicant is a senior citizen and another appeal arising from the same village seeking enhancement in the amount of compensation, being First Appeal No. 345 of 2005, is on the hearing parties board.

In view of aforesaid, the application is allowed. The appeal is directed to be heard along with First Appeal Nos. 345 of 2005 and 437 of 2011. Appellant to file notes of evidence in the meanwhile.
