By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation and modification of the condition on the ground that now investigation is completed and chargesheet is filed. 2.

It appears from the extract of the diaries that the applicant has attended the police station. Now, investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed. Therefore, the condition imposed in the order dated 12/06/2025 that he shall attend the concerned police station twice in a week on Monday and Thursday between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 pm. be modified as follows: "The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required for further investigation purpose on issuing the notice in 7 days in advance."
