DATED : SEPTEMBER 23, 2019 This is an application filed on behalf of the appellants (acquiring body), seeking permission to deposit decretal amount as per order dated 08.04.2019, passed by this Court. By the said order time period of 12 weeks was stipulated, but, it is pointed out that the cheque for the said amount could be ready only on 22.07.2019.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the appellants are permitted to deposit the cheque towards decretal amount in this Court within a period of two weeks from today. If deposit is made within the said period of two weeks, the said interim order granted on 08.04.2019, shall stand revived.
