This application is filed by the appellant for withdrawal of an amount, as prayed for, along with the proportionate interest accrued thereon. It is also agreed that an amount of Rs.60,000/- is permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent Nos.1 and 2 along with the proportionate interest thereon.

In view of this, the relief is granted in terms of prayer clause (1) of the application.
