DATED : DECEMBER 2, 2021 Applicant is seeking transfer of H.M.P. No. 1876/2021 filed by non applicant, pending on the file of learned Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan to the Court of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Chandrapur on the ground that distance between Neri, Tah. Chimur Dist. Chandrapur where she is staying and Kalyan is more than 1000 km. Except that, no other ground is raised. Though learned counsel for the applicant tried to impress upon the Court that there is a danger to the applicant, she could not point out any type of danger and no foundation for nourishing that grudge in mind. Further, on a specific query, learned counsel for applicant submitted that the applicant is an Information and Technology professional and working at Pune company.

In that view of the matter, distance has no meaning since Pune and Kalyan are near to each other. No case is made out. The application is, therefore, rejected.
