Though this matter is coming for the first time, learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri V.P. Gangane for the State has filed the reply, which is taken on record. On hearing, it is clear that the charge-sheet is not filed.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri V.P. Gangane also points out the criminal antecedents of the present applicant right from day when the applicant was minor. After hearing learned counsel Shri Mir Nagman Ali for the applicant, when the Court was about to dismiss the application, learned counsel Shri Mir Nagman Ali submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application and seeks liberty to move before the appropriate Court after filing of the charge- .....2/-
