This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 57 days in filing the appeal. Perused the application.

Heard the learned advocates for both the sides. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and the period of delay, it appears that the delay is not deliberately caused and, therefore, the application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed and disposed of.

Civil Application (F) No.3254/2024 1.

This is an application for condonation of delay of six days in depositing the amount of compensation and for grant of permission to deposit the amount of compensation as per the award. Perused the application.

Heard the learned advocates for both the sides. 3.

Learned advocate for appellant pointed out and submitted that only six days delay is caused for depositing the amount of compensation. He further submits that the cheque of
