The applicant/appellant has filed these applications for condonation of delay in filing the application for bringing legal heirs of respondent No. 2 on record, as well as to bring legal heirs of respondent No. 2 on record, for which learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1,3, 4 and legal heirs of respondent No. 2, as well as learned AGP for respondent Nos. 5 and 6, have given no objection. 3.

As such, for the reasons disclosed in the applications and no objection of respondents, the application is allowed. The application for bringing the legal heir of respondent No. 2 on record is allowed by setting aside the abatement order, if any, passed. The applicant is permitted to bring the legal heir of respondent No. 2 on record within two weeks and supply a copy of the amended application to the other side within two weeks thereafter, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed.
