A request is made for adjournment at the instance of learned counsel for the Petitioner. However, we notice that the petition does not survive and has become infructuous. This is for the reason that the Petitioner has challenged the agreement executed by Additional Collector, Akola on 1 October 2008 with Respondent No.4 for the period 2008-2011.

There was no interim relief in this Petition. The consequence is that the period for which the impugned agreement was executed has come to an end eleven years ago.

As stated above, the petition is rendered infructuous. It is accordingly disposed of. Rule discharged. The questions of law raised in this Petition are kept open.
