The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are interfering with the proceedings of Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No.48/2013 pending before the District Court, Wardha by taking recourse to proceedings before the Naib-Tahsildar. The learned advocate for the petitioner has stated that the illegal acts of respondents will be covered by the term "criminal contempt" as defined in Section 2(c) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Accordingly he seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings according to law. The contempt petition is disposed as not tenable. No
