By the impugned order the trial Court has rejected the prayer of the petitioners to consolidate the three land acquisition cases alongwith another land acquisition case pending before the same Court. The trial Court has recorded that the documentary evidence in the cases is different and in Land Acquisition Case No. 114 of 2013 the cross-examination of the claimant is completed on 04.08.2017.

I find that the learned trial Judge has applied his judicious mind and has recorded acceptable reasons for rejecting the prayer of the petitioners.

I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE Trupti
