By order dated 31.7.2023, while allowing anticipatory bail application of the applicants, this Court has directed the applicants to attend Police Station once in a fortnight of every month at Nagpur Economic Offence Wing (EOW), Nagpur, i.e. on 1st and 16th day of every month and shall cooperate in the investigation. By the present application, the applicants are seeking relaxation in attendance of every 1st and 16th day of every month with Economic Offence Wing at Nagpur. Pursuant to the application, notice has been issued to the non-applicant.

The learned APP, on the instructions of the Investigating Officer - Shrikant S.Sangharshi, Assistant Police Inspector of EOW, Nagpur City, who is present in the Court, submits that even if the applicants are directed to attend concerned police station once in a month, it will suffice the purpose.

Considering the above fact, condition no.3 in the order dated 31.7.2023 be substituted with the following condition:- "3. Applicants shall attend concerned Police Station, Economic Offence Wings at Nagpur on last Sunday of every month and shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer".
