This petition takes exception to the order dated 06-08-2024 passed by the learned Adhoc District Judge-1, Yavatmal (Below Exhibit-52) in R.C.A. No.39/2022. ii.

By the application at Exhibit-52 filed by the present petitioner a prayer was made to fix the appeal for final hearing instead of hearing the application Exhibit-22 filed by respondent No.1.

iii.

I have perused the application at Exhibit-22. There are certain allegations against the Court staff. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition.

iv.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the learned Appellate Court shall decide the application at

2 wp 4981.24.odt Exhibit-22 as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within a period of three months from today. However, if the order adverse to the present petitioner is passed, the same shall not take effect for a period of three weeks. v.

The appeal shall also be decided expeditiously. vi.
