During pendency of this application seeking transfer of proceedings from the Court at Ratnagiri to the competent Court at Nagpur, the parties have settled their disputes through mediation. The terms of settlement are also placed on record before this Court.

The learned counsel for the rival parties jointly submit that the present application could be disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties, so that follow-up action could be taken by the parties in terms of the mutual obligations under the settlement.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. Consequently, the interim order granted by this Court on 08.12.2021 stands vacated. The parties are directed to abide by their obligations under the said terms of settlement.
