Kothari, Adv. for petitioner.

Shri K.L. Dharmadhikari, A.G.P. for respondent no.3. CORAM : Z.A.HAQ, J.

DATED : 26 th AUGUST, 2019 Heard.

By the impugned order, the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner has dismissed the application filed by the petitioner praying that certain pleadings in the objection filed the respondent nos. 1 and 2, be struck out. According to the petitioner, the pleadings which are sought to be structk off, are in respect of an objection which is already adjudicated upon in the earlier proceedings. After considering the documents placed on record of the petition and going through the impugned order, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter as the impugned order is an interlocutory order, and it does not decide any rights of the parties.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE Trupti
