Heard Shri Anoop Parihar, learned counsel for applicant-appellant, Shri Ingole h/f Shri Patre, learned counsel for non-applicant no.1 and Shri A.D. Sonak, learned AGP for non-applicant nos.2 and 3. The learned counsel for non-applicant no.1 has no objection to allow the application and grant stay subject to depositing the decretal amount. The learned counsel for applicant submits that cheque is ready and the same will be deposited within 2-3 days. The statement is taken on record. Application is allowed. Stay to execution of impugned judgment and award dated 3.11.2014 is granted, subject to applicant-appellant depositing entire decretal amount along with interest thereon, if any, within a period of one week. If the amount is not deposited within a stipulated time, stay shall stand automatically vacated without reference to the court.

Civil Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
