Writ Petition No.2076 of 2021 preferred by the applicant came to be dismissed in view of the fact that the petitioner came to be recruited despite specific communications dated 15.03.2010 and 29.04.2010 issued by the Education Officer (Secondary) not to fill up the post of 'Junior Clerk' without prior permission of the State Government.

In this backdrop, we do not find any error apparent on the face of record to invoke review jurisdiction. Miscellaneous Civil Application No.851 of 2023 is therefore rejected.
